Amy's Blend Card Promotion

1% of Amy's Blend card purchases* will be donated to Susan G. Komen for the Cure® when used between May 5 - October 31, 2008

As a tribute to Amy Erickson, a beloved Caribou Coffee roastmaster who lost her battle with breast cancer in 1995 at age 33, we developed a coffee called Amy's Blend. We sell the coffee on an annual basis with a portion of the proceeds donated to Susan G. Komen for the Cure®. This year's Amy's Blend will be available in October.

In order to give our customers another opportunity to support the fight against breast cancer, we developed this promotion where 1% of your Amy's Blend Caribou Card purchases from May 5 - October 31 will be donated to Susan G. Komen for the Cure up to a maximum annual donation of $150,000.

Promotion Rules

• 1% donation will be based on spending between 5/5/08 and 10/31/08 on the Amy's Blend Caribou Card only
  
• Cardholders may continue to use their Amy's Blend cards as a form of payment after 10/31/08, but purchases made after 10/31/08 are not eligible for donation
  
• Purchases made on other Caribou Cards will not be included as part of the 1% donation to Susan G. Komen for the Cure
  
• Loading or reloading an Amy's Blend card does not count toward total purchases
  
• Together with proceeds from the fall Amy's Blend bean sales, Caribou Coffee will contribute up to $150,000 to Susan G. Komen for a Cure in 2008.
